Dr. Lori Kimata & Jaymie Lewis offer free 30 minute in-office consultations for midwifery services.

Prenatal package:

       Includes:

  • Prenatal appointments & care for 9 months
  • Birth services
  • 4-6 weeks of post partum visits for mother and baby

       Cost: $3500 + tax

Lactation Services: 

Home visit (no time limit, unlimited phone contact):

  • Initial visit: $100 + tax
  • Follow-up home visit: $75 + tax

In-office visit:

  • Initial visit: $75 + tax
  • Follow-up: $50 + tax

 

Insurance:

Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture & Massage:

Some insurance companies in Hawaii may reimburse you for part of the visit cost for naturopathic services, acupuncture, or massage.  We provide the forms to submit for insurance reimbursement upon request.  In addition, Dr. Taketa-Wong will automatically submit forms for HMSA PPO plans for you.  Also, we offer discounted treatment packages and payment plans.  All costs at our office including office visits, supplements, and labs not covered by insurance qualify for Flexible Spending Account funds and Health Savings Accounts.
